Can I make an online booking?
At the moment, we do not have online booking system.

- Send your email to adm@toursinathens.gr. In any case we will answer to you within 8 hours.

Is a credit card required when making bookings?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
- A credit card is required when making bookings (must be valid at the day of the tour) just for guarantee and you pay the day of the tour.
- In case you do not feel safe to give the credit card details then you can pay through Secure Payment Site of Piraeus Bank / Easy Pay (click here)
- Copy and paste to your web broswer’s address bar the following link: https://www.easypay.gr/hopinsightseeing.pay where your personal information such as: credit card details, address, and telephone number are encrypt and protected by the bank system.
This encryption makes doing business on the Internet secure.
How do I hold an option for my tour?
There are five ways to hold an option:
- Filling up the appropriate booking form (click here)

- Sending an email at: adm@toursinathens.gr
- Calling at: +30 210 4285500.
Options are usually at least 20 days before the date of the tour / service.
Immediate payment is not required. After the option date you will be provided with payment instructions in order your booking to be confirmed.
Expired options will be released automatically from our booking system.
What details do I need to confirm my tour?
There are three easy ways to book:

- Send us an email with the following necessary details: Full name, Number of persons, Tour, Date of tour, Accommodation in Athens (in order to send you pick up details) and your Mobile phone number with country code.
In any case E-Voucher will be sent to your email.
How can I pay for my reservations?
We offer you the following 4 ways of payment:

- Or copy and paste to your web broswer’s address bar the following link: https://www.easypay.gr/hopinsightseeing.pay where your personal information such as: credit card details, address, and telephone number are encrypt and protected by the bank system.
- By credit card – we accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express.
- By cash in Euro the day of the tour.
After the payment your E-Voucher will be sent to your email.
Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
Hop In Sightseeing applies 50% discount for children 4-12 years old and there is no any charge for infant (baby up to 4 years old).
Will I receive a confirmation?
When the payment will be done in one of the ways we state above then you will receive your E-Voucher by email with all tour / service details (Name of the tour, Number of persons, Pick up point and Time, Way of payment and Our contact details).
When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
We do not have automated booking system. Once your order has been placed (see above ways of booking), you will receive a reply within 8 hours. If you are not receiving a reply within 8 hours please send us your email again in order to prevent loss of email.
Can I have a receipt?
Our email voucher is only an exchange order of your tour. You can have a receipt upon service.
From what location does the tour depart?
This tour depart from designated meeting points and hotels. You will receive exact instructions with the E-Voucher that is sent confirming your order. I’m not staying in a hotel. I’m staying in a private residence; do you offer pick up service?
You will need to provide us with the private residence address and we will suggest you the nearest and most convenient pick up point with instructions for how to reach it.
Is there any particular dress code?
The dress code on the cruises is casual although please note that swim suites are allowed only on sun-decks.
Do cruise ships have Internet access?
At this point the cruise ships do still not have Internet access.
What is the smoking policy?
There are designated smoking and non-smoking areas throughout the cruise ships.
Is there a kids playroom?
Although there are no specially designated playrooms on the cruise ships there is plentiful space for children to play.
Of course, private space for children groups can be arranged upon request.
Is there a kids program on board?
The entertainment team (Dancers, Magician, Animator, Hostesses, etc.) pay special attention to children and make sure that they are kept amused throughout the cruise.
Do you have casinos on board?
No, Greek Maritime Regulations do not allow gaming on one day cruises.
Do you have organized excursions?
Yes, various organized excursions for Aegina Island are offered on-board at an extra charge.
Can we arrange celebrations, birthdays etc. on board?
Yes, we can arrange upon request special celebrations, birthdays, etc. in on-board public or private spaces.
What is the minimum age for one to travel alone (without a guardian) on your cruise ships?
18 years old.
Are there any luggage restrictions?
The passenger is allowed to carry on-board as luggage, only such personal effects which usually and reasonably are carried on board for voyages of this kind.
Can I bring liquor on board?
No. Due to company regulations we do not permit keeping & consumption of personal liquor stock.
Are there any Duty Free shops on board?
The on board gift shops issue tax deduction receipts for eligible customers and specified minimum amounts.
Can my family contact me on board?
All geographical areas covered by the cruise program are well covered by the Greek mobile phone network and therefore your private Mobile Phone will be operational and have a strong signal at all times.
Along with this please note that all the ships have a customer mobile phone number (available on request) that can be used for outside contact.
Are there safes available?
Yes, safes are available and the use can be arranged through Ship’s Purser.
What is not included in the cruise prices?
Costs that are not included in the basic cruise rate are: Optional shore excursions, drinks & beverages, items at on board gift shops, etc.
Can physically challenged people travel?
Yes, physically challenged persons can travel. For safety reasons, persons who require assistance are permitted to travel only with their guardian, nurse or other suitable companion.
Should pregnant women travel?
For safety reasons we do not recommend traveling in the last phase of pregnancy.
Is there a doctor on board?
As a customer safety measure we always have First Aid trained staff on board during each of the cruises that further have contact with readily available full medical assistance in all ports of call.
As an extra precaution we also have on all ships a new state-of-the-art cardiac diagnostic apparatus (Cardio Express) which provides immediate on-line diagnostic and medical assistance to passengers with a possible heart condition.
Are there photographers on board?
Yes, we have a team of photographers on board who take pictures during the whole cruise. The pictures are available at the end of the cruise at an additional charge.
What entertainment programs do you have on board?
During each cruise there is: Live Music, Folk Dances, Magician, Entertainer, etc.
Are pets allowed on board?
Regretfully we can not accept pets on board.
What should I take with me?
The items that we recommend you take with you are: Sun Protection Lotion, Hat, Sun Glasses, Swimming Suite & Towel, etc.
What is the tipping policy?
Tips are accepted and are left to the discretion of the clients.
Why haven’t I received a reply to my emails to you?
Some email Internet providers can mark general emails such as those sent from us as “spam.” Please check your spam folder for previous email replies.
If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox.
Any other emails (such as replies from Internet sites you have booked on) will go into a “spam” folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days, and then your email system will automatically delete them.
If you can’t locate our emails in your spam folder, please inform us.
Which is your cancellation policy?
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY “Hop in SIGHTSEEING s.a”
- No cancellation fees will be charged if written cancellation is received 20 days or more prior to departure date.
- Full cancellation fees will incur for tours / services cancelled 72 hours (3 days) prior to departure.
- Full cancellation fees will incur for a non show.
“Hop in SIGHTSEEING s.a” reserves the right to cancel any tour / service at any time under the condition that fares paid will be returned to passengers that have paid said fares.
In such a case, every effort will be made to assist the passenger with alternative arrangements.
Can I book One Day Cruise by passing by your office?
Yes, you are always welcome to pass by our office which operates 7/365, from 06:30 till 22:00. Our address is 19, Syngrou Avenou, Athens – Greece.
Does this tour include a meal?
This tour does include a lunch on board.
Do you cater to special diets?
Yes, special diets can be catered to provided that a minimum prior notice of 1 days given.
What time are meals served?
Meals are usually served between 12:00 and 15:00, the exact time depending on the cruise itinerary, number of clients, sitting schedule, etc.
Can we pre-book dining preferences?
Special diet requirement, preferred seating and tables can be pre-booked with a minimum notice of 2 days prior to the cruise.
Can you accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?
Wheelchair facilities are available for some services.
However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated on tours only if they can get on and off the tour vehicle on their own.
The wheelchair must be foldable.
The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
Please specify in the “Your Message” box on the Order Form if anyone is handicapped and the nature of the handicap.
We will make special arrangements where possible and will advise if there are any issues.
I have left something in the vehicle / cruise. How do I get it back?
Please contact us as soon as possible at +30 210 4285500. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable (if we use taxi).
